I am a caring client centred therapist who has helped hundreds of people resolve their problems and achieve their goals. I like to work in a relaxed and friendly way and pride myself on being very approachable.

I am a member of The Completmentary Therapists Association and a Member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.  I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance and I am bound by a strict code of ethics, so you can be assured of complete confidentiality and that I will have your best interests in mind. The Association has very high standards and it is not possible to become a member just by applying. Also, I am committed to an ongoing programme of training to ensure that my knowledge is completely up to date

I qualified as a reflexologist in 1998 at The British School of Reflexology and was very fortunate to be trained by Ann Gillanders who is the principal of the school.

I received a diploma with merit for Reflexology and the study of anatomy and physiology.

I then went on to study Indian Head Massage and Chakra Balancing and received a diploma in 2002.

​

I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Psychotherapy and a Hypnoanalyst (advanced)  I trained at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis with Terence Watts, where I gained my diplomas.

​

I have a diploma in the treatment of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Critical Incident Debriefing and Trauma Resolution. Advanced techniques in Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis.

​

I have recently qualified as a Symbio-dynamics(tm) practitioner.  This is a therapy for rapid change work, devised by Terence Watts and I am proud to be one of the first 77 in the World to have a diploma in this field.

​

I am also registered for the Hypnoband Weight Loss system whereby a state of mind is created where you will believe you have had a gastric band fitted.  So you can eat smaller portions and feel full.
